We are all dying. It is true of the sinner, as well as the saint. We must prepare for life after death. Writing these poems comforted me when I was mourning my brother, Bruce (October 20, 1953 - November 3, 2010). I wrote Poems For the Dying 1). to encourage Christians, 2). to comfort the bereaved, 3). to make those battling terminal illnesses less fearful, and 4). to be a soul winning tool. Death creates an unexpected, soul-gathering harvest opportunity. There is life after death. Joy!

Remember Jesus
Are you tired of hearing about Jesus, about His death on Calvary? Are you sick of talk of the lashes that caused His back to bleed? Do you wonder why we speak of the nails in His feet and hands? Our Lord commands that we remember how He died to make us free. And we remember, so we can thank Him for giving us life, eternally.
