We are all dying. It is true of the sinner, as well as the saint. We must prepare for life after death. Writing these poems comforted me when I was mourning my brother, Bruce (October 20, 1953 - November 3, 2010). I wrote Poems For the Dying 1). to encourage Christians, 2). to comfort the bereaved, 3). to make those battling terminal illnesses less fearful, and 4). to be a soul winning tool. Death creates an unexpected, soul-gathering harvest opportunity. There is life after death. Joy!

No Words Exist
No words exist
that explain how I am able to resist
staying when I know that
you do not want me to go.
Your tears are full of love and
you cannot understand how
a God of love can demand that
I leave you now.
Though I'll gladly pay my vow
in exchange for the glimpse I see,
I have no words to describe Eternity.
